Controlling the character is pretty easy. When the battle mode is activated, your character will automatically attack the villain who is closest to him. To change the target for attack, you just need to click on another enemy. If you see that your enemy is stronger, you can make a tactical retreat by moving your character to an empty field on the map. After that, you can choose another opponent or change your character.
